Board Certified Facial Plastic Surgeon
Dr. Stephen Nogan officially joined the Sullivan Centre in 2019. Dr. Nogan is double-board certified and specializes exclusively in Cosmetic and Reconstructive Facial Plastic Surgery. He completed his Head and Neck Surgery training at The Ohio State University before doing a Facial Plastic Surgery fellowship with Dr. Michael Sullivan and Dr. Stephen Smith. He then accepted a full time faculty position at The Ohio State University where he practiced exclusively in Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery for several years before joining the Sullivan Centre team. He remains an adjunct assistant professor and collaborates on surgical education and research.
His practice philosophy is pretty simple: to provide the type of personalized patient care that he would want for his own family and friends. He strives to demonstrate that with each and every one of his patients, and a natural appearance is always the goal. This philosophy was refined by years of training with Dr. Sullivan and has allowed for a successful practice transition over the past year.
In addition to his surgical practice, Dr. Nogan serves as the medical director of Columbus Facial Plastics at The Sullivan Centre. This comprehensive non-surgical aesthetics practice has been a leader in central Ohio for 25 years. Every treatment, product and device utilized in our practice has been scientifically proven to be safe and effective. This has never been more important than in today’s rapidly evolving world of aesthetic medicine. Dr. Nogan collaborates with Injection Specialist Nancy Cotterman, R.N. and Director of Skin Care Services Dina Maynard to provide outstanding service to our patients.
Outside of work, Dr. Nogan spends as much time as possible with his young family. His wife, Dr. Elisabeth Nogan, is a family physician with a passion for improving the health of her patients through lifestyle modifications and the prevention of chronic disease. They are both active in multiple local and international charitable organizations.
